Chad Stephens
Maintenance Supervisor
Chad Stephens joined IFAS Facilities Planning and Operations in 2001 and currently serves as a Maintenance Supervisor. In this role, he oversees all aspects of building maintenance and smaller projects across all IFAS/FPO departments on campus. With more than two decades of experience, Chad brings a deep understanding of facility operations and a strong commitment to efficiency, safety, and quality craftsmanship.
Leading a team of 14 dedicated professionals, Chad ensures that each team member has the skills and knowledge needed to tackle any task with confidence. His team takes pride in working both independently and collaboratively to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Their commitment to excellence is reflected in their attention to detail and their ability to adapt to the diverse needs of IFAS facilities.
Chad strives to foster a supportive and dynamic work culture by encouraging collaboration, sharing ideas, and strengthening relationships across the IFAS/FPO community. He remains dedicated to upholding the highest standards in maintenance operations while continually seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and teamwork.
