Mike Loch
Maintenance Supervisor
Mike Loch began his career at the University of Florida in the early 2000s, starting in the Housing Department and quickly advancing into a supervisory role. Over the past two decades, he has built deep expertise in facilities management and building systems. His passion for operational excellence led him to join IFAS Facilities as a Maintenance Mechanic, where he refined his technical skills and developed a strong understanding of campus infrastructure.
In 2016, he transitioned to the Building Automation Systems (BAS) team, steadily advancing to his current role as Building Automation Supervisor. Today, he oversees statewide BAS operations and leads a dedicated group of specialists who deliver efficient, reliable, and innovative solutions that enhance building performance and energy management.
