IFAS Facilities Planning and Operations Staff
The FPO team supports UF/IFAS statewide through coordinated maintenance, project management, and administrative services. We care for more than 1,400 buildings, completing nearly 15,000 work orders each year; manage over 200 active projects valued at more than $40 million; and oversee all financial and HR operations, processing more than 1,300 monthly transactions while supporting 90+ employees across Florida.
